– The first round will be of 30 minutes and have to answer 20 mcq.
– Top 10 participants will be selected for the next round.
– Final round will be a buzzer round where participants will answer through the buzzer.

For Spelling Bee’s first round – 1 each participant will be provided with a question paper and is expected to fill up the paper within the given time.

– A team member will be given 5 papers that will be names of 5 objects, while his/her teammate act out the object to help the another teammate to guess it.

– Maximum Size: Height 6.5 feet | Width 4 feet
– Minimum Size: Height 4 feet | Width 3.5 feet
Substructure:
– The base or substructure should be made of cork sheet.

Insights
– Participants have to mention their team member’s name, institution name and registration form’s serial no. behind the base or material of Wall magazine.
– Participants will have to submit their Wall Magazine on the submission day (12th October) within the given time.
– The team must have members of the same institution.
– Each team will consist of 3 members. If any team participates with more or less than 3 people, their wall magazine will be disqualified.
– If the size and material of the wall magazine exclude the details, the wall magazine will be non-eligible for submission.

 Rules and Regulations 
Uniforms & ID Cards are Compulsory for all participants.
Campus Ambassadors are not pressured to wear uniforms but to dress up decently.
Participants must show a registration slip or confirmation mail to enter the institution.
Participants must maintain decency and community guidelines.
Any kind of persecution, pestering or harassment will result in disqualification and the participant will be escorted off the institution campus.
Guardians or visitors will be allowed in the visiting time (3 am to 5 am) on 13th October. If any teacher wishes to stay with the participants they must inform the club authority before the festival.
Each participant must be present at least one hour before the outset of their event(s) to collect their entry pass & confirm their registration.
All Participants must respect the judge’s decisions. No complaints will be granted regarding the results
Any kind of change or modification can be made to any rule by the authority if and when necessary.
Participants must refrain from using any kind of sive words toward any race, age and appearance in their submission work.
Participants must inform the check-in volunteers before going out of the institution premises after they have participated in all of their event(s).

 Other Informations 
Participants have to pay the required amount to do registration.
Every participants will be provided with “Participation Certificate”.
All the submission of the event will be held at the St. Francis Xavier’s Girls’ School & College.
Participants have to mention their Team member’s name, Institution name and Group behind the base or material of Free art, Mandala & Wall Magazine.
Participants have to submit their segment material for judgement through
email – [email protected] mention their Name, Institute’s Name, Group & Contact no. in Photography.
If participants want to apply for the team-based segment(s), every member from the team will have to register for that particular segment.
Institution gate will be open for all participants at
– Thursday 2.00 pm
– Friday and Saturday 8:00 am
There will be an “Emergency & Information Booth” for any kind of injuries, problems or information during the festival.
