Aarong, BRAC’s largest social enterprise and one of the most prominent lifestyle retail chains in Bangladesh, is offering an exciting internship opportunity. The Aarong Internship Program (AIP) enables graduating students to immerse themselves in a culture that values diversity, nurtures professional growth, and promotes hands-on learning.

Screening Criteria:

• Final year/last semester Bachelor’s student from a recognised public or private university, preferably having completed all academic courses except internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong people management skills.
• Proficiency in time management.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrates a flexible mindset.

Duration: 3 months (tentative)
Timeline: 16 October 2025 – 15 January 2026
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
