- Management of Administration & HR of Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
- Implementing HR Policy/SOP – Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka
- HR Software
- Prepare/ Review & Implement Yearly Work Plan
- Promotional Work during Admission
- Monitoring Admission Process
- Arranging Monthly Core Team Meeting
- Updating Governing Body/Committee members
- Annual Appraisal
- Update of License/ Agreement / Contract
- Vehicle Management
- Procurement Plan
- Permanent/Guest Teacher Plan
- Monitoring Education Management System (EMS)
- Event Plan
Requirements
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, College, NGO, Hospital, School
Additional Requirements: Age 30 to 35 years
