We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Associate, Cheques, Global Payment Solutions-Operations, Digital Business Services.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure that the Service Level Agreement is meticulously maintained through completing tasks within deadlines. Any exceptions highlighted to supervisor.
- Minimize error and duplication by careful planning and organization. Update error logbook.
- Solve Problems/handle complaints from both internal & external customers by identifying the reason of dissatisfaction & recommending solutions within the same day
- Maintain & ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Ensure awareness of compliance requirements & implementation of Group Compliance Policy. Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification & reporting in accordance with section 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university preferably from Business background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating
- Planning, organising, problem-solving analytical skills and team management skill
- Good command in MS Office packages, especially in MS Excel
- Knowledge on Central Bank’s guidelines/circulars, internal control requirements
- Knowledge on Reconciliation and Settlement of Bank’s General Ledger accounts.
