North End Coffee Roasters is seeking an excellent Associate Creative Director to join the Creative Media team. The ideal candidate should not only possess the ability to execute design work but also lead a team and bring the Creative Director’s vision to life. This role requires a passion for storytelling and the ability to build a team that excels in delivering creative content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Creative Director in overseeing the creative team, providing guidance, and managing projects.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and implement creative strategies aligned with the company’s brand vision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to maintain a competitive creative output.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budgets, timelines, and specifications.
  • Help the creative team overcome obstacles, offering solutions in collaboration with the Creative Director.
  • Encourage out-of-the-box thinking to push creative boundaries.

Requirements and Skills:

  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of photography and video production.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing graphic work, including illustrations.
  • Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.

Salary: BDT 60,000 – BDT 1,20,000 (depending on skills and experience).
