Asst. Manager – Washing (Wet Process)
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Check all the wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume in the allotted time.
- Monitor wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the wet process section.
- Increase the productivity and reduce labour cost through updating the information.
- Maintain communication with merchandising and stitching units regarding daily basis wash fabric requirement and make the wash fabric swatch accordingly.
- Apply the wet procedures and standards stated in the wet process agreement
- Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Graduation in Textile Engineering or other relevant field from any reputed institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Denim washing plant.
- Below 40 years of age.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skill.
Work Station: Square Denims Ltd. (Garments Unit), Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
