Requirements

Education
Bachelor/Honours. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from any UGC-approved university with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00. Applicants with a third division are not eligible.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements
Preference will be given to experienced applicants from Sylhet and the other specified areas.

Responsibilities & Context

General Banking:

  • Take initiatives for smooth customer service
  • Look after complaint issues
  • Report to relevant stakeholders
  • Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service

Cash Department:

  • Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by service excellence in the cash area
  • Achieving assigned business targets set by the management
  • Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions, and money laundering while providing service
  • Necessary maintenance/cash loading/reconcile of ATM

Branch Retail/Branch SME RM:

  • Look after branch SME business-related issues
  • Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
  • Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
