Responsibilities & Context

  • Source all kind of trims and accessories from local and foreign suppliers including purchase cost analysis, quality development, price negotiation.
  • Source, analyze and enlist new suppliers for trims and accessories.
  • Procure Trims and accessories based on requirement including order placing, goods in-house follow-up, payment proceed and follow-up, after delivery issue solving with factory and suppliers.
  • Maintain proper follow up tracking for procurement and record keeping of necessary documents e.g. approval copy.
  • Cost saving analysis and budget planning to ensure minimum cost for required quality and quantity.
  • Work on projection to save costing of procurement process and facilitate on-time delivery.
  • Analyze suppliers’ performance to ensure smooth procurement process.
  • Communicate and co-operate with other departments.
  • Maintain good business relation with suppliers.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
