Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute different branding strategies aligned with company vision
- Drive long-term brand strategy, implement short-term supportive goals
- Manage equity programs including ATL/BTL activations, PR, and media planning
- Execute brand activations programs including POSM, promotions, e-commerce, sampling .
- Plan for cost-effective strategies Optimize brand/media budget
- Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and generate post-execution reports
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters; BBA/MBA (major in marketing) from any reputed university
Experience: At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience is required; strategic planning experience in advertising organization is preferred
- Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing analytics tools
