Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute different branding strategies aligned with company vision
  • Drive long-term brand strategy, implement short-term supportive goals
  • Manage equity programs including ATL/BTL activations, PR, and media planning
  • Execute brand activations programs including POSM, promotions, e-commerce, sampling .
  • Plan for cost-effective strategies Optimize brand/media budget
  • Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and generate post-execution reports

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters; BBA/MBA (major in marketing) from any reputed university

Experience: At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

  • At least 2 years of industry experience is required; strategic planning experience in advertising organization is preferred
  • Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing analytics tools
