IIDFC Capital Limited (ICL), a subsidiary of IIDFC PLC, is one of the leading merchant bankers in Bangladesh, licensed under Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). We are looking for confident, career focused and highly energetic Business Development Business Associates for our Marketing & Portfolio Management Team. The primary focus shall be on opening new investor accounts with us and developing a recurring portfolio. This is a full-time/ Part-time on-site/ off-site role. Experience in this similar role in any Merchants Bank/ Stock Bookers will be preferable.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in relevant field (Capital Market).
  • Sound knowledge over fundamental and technical analysis of capital market will be preferred.
  • Well conversant of securities laws
  • Must be enthusiast toward the capital market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the products and services of the Company to various prospective clients to open new accounts, increase the trade volume and enrich targeted income levels through direct marketing.
  • Follow the documentation process of account opening, trading, and any other business transactions of the clients as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Comply with all rules, regulations, directives, orders, etc. of the regulators and the Company in case of trading and customer dealings.
  • Focus on cash clients who are willing to invest their funds in Capital Market.
  • Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with cross functional units for sales, trade and other related issues to ensure satisfactory customer services by complying with applicable laws and regulations.
