BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:

Business Relationship Officer- Distribution Network

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new business of Deposit, New Customers, Asset, Cards etc.
  • Achieve monthly targets & ensure retention of portfolio/customer
  • Onboard profitable customer relationship and new-to-bank customers
  • Maintain relationship with the customers and other important stakeholders
  • Ensure high quality services to the stakeholders
  • Manage the PAR & NPL of the own portfolio

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Must have experience in working in the financial services industry (especially with incentive structure)
  • Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Deposit Acquisition
  • Excellent computer operation skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Proficient in customer centricity, team player and capability to meet deadlines
