We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about our park.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Meet performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • High school, diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must need to know speak to English
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
