We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of Center Manager – Priority Banking.
Major Roles & Responsibilities for Center Manager:
- Supervise and lead a team of Priority Banking Relationship Managers to achieve deposit growth targets.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and peruse new business opportunities in the Priority Banking segment.
- Enhance the deposit portfolio by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Keep up-to-date of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to strategically position banking solutions.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor/Honors, Minimum bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a UGC approved local or reputed foreign University.
Job Location: Chattogram, Dhaka, Sylhet
Experience: At least 5 years
Additional Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the banking or financial sector for Center Manager role.
