The organization operates with the core mission of improving child health by facilitating evidence-based policy decisions on the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases through high-quality research and advocacy.

Employment term: Contractual [Three (3) Years]

Vacancy: 1 (One)

Salary range: Negotiable (depending on the experience and/or qualifications of the candidate)

Benefits: Contributory provident fund and festival allowance (Eid/Puja/Christmas and Baishakhi)/ Two days weekend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all study activities are conducted in compliance with the approved study protocol.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clinical, laboratory, and data teams to ensure that epidemiological, clinical, and laboratory data are accurate and properly linked.
  • Monitor the progress of project activities at participating hospitals in collaboration with site-specific coordinators.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports according to the project schedule.
  • Regularly update investigators on project progress, challenges, and key developments.
  • Maintain liaison with study sites and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • MBBS degree from a BMDC-recognized medical college, with a strong academic record.
  • Postgraduate qualifications (DCH/MPH/PhD or equivalent) will be given preference.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health research or project management, particularly in hospital settings. Experience in clinical trial management will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
