BRAC Bank is seeking an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Marketing Division:

Key Responsibilities

  • Review briefs with planners to develop and produce creative concepts.
  • Understand the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm visual and copy ideas.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ensure that team members meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key Qualifications

  • Four-year graduation in any discipline from a UGC-approved or internationally accredited university.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to align creative ideas with business objectives.
  • Excellence in creative writing in both English and Bangla.
  • Proven storytelling ability, with enthusiasm for writing, content creation and marketing.
  • Six to eight years of relevant experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Basic understanding of, and keen interest in, advertising, branding and digital media.
  • Proficiency in customer-centric thinking, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
