Academic Requirements:

Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s or Honours degree from a recognised institution.

Experience & Skills:

• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Telecommunications, Public Relations, Direct Selling, or Call Centres is preferred.
• Fresh Graduates: Proactive freshers are also encouraged to apply for these positions.
• Key Competencies: Candidates must possess expert communication skills and be characterised as smart, dynamic, and self-confident. Punctuality and honesty are considered essential traits.

• Age Limit: 23 to 36 years.

Key Responsibilities & Context

The primary focus of this role is to organise client communications and achieve sales targets through professional service selling. Duties include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and providing comprehensive information to potential clients.
• Identifying specific customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Accurately saving and managing client data.
• Following official discipline and ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Tk. 22,000 – 26,000.
• Benefits: Mobile bill allowances and performance-based bonuses.
