- Implement and improve customer service policies to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives
- Build strong client relationships.
- Offering personalized support and resolving complaints effectively.
- Manage customer’s service through professionalism and responsiveness.
- To work as proactive team member to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer journeys.
- Work proactively to support company objectives and ensure seamless communication.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, tracking progress and adapting as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely reports on service performance and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Requirements: Age 30 to 40 years
