Elevate Intern- Digital Employer Branding, Human Resources
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies and initiatives
- Support the creation of engaging content for various employer branding channels,
- Create communication materials and social media content
- Conduct research on industry best practices and trends related to employer branding and talent attraction
- Work to highlight success stories and other relevant content to showcase the company culture
- Assist in job fairs, networking sessions and employer branding workshops
- Assist in maintaining a positive employer brand reputation
- Contribute in creative ideas and insights to continuously improve employer branding efforts and attract top talent to the organization
Educational Qualification: BBA (Marketing)
Duration: 6 months
