Elevate Intern- Digital Employer Branding, Human Resources

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies and initiatives
  • Support the creation of engaging content for various employer branding channels,
  • Create communication materials and social media content
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and trends related to employer branding and talent attraction
  • Work to highlight success stories and other relevant content to showcase the company culture
  • Assist in job fairs, networking sessions and employer branding workshops
  • Assist in maintaining a positive employer brand reputation
  • Contribute in creative ideas and insights to continuously improve employer branding efforts and attract top talent to the organization

Educational Qualification: BBA (Marketing)
Duration: 6 months
