Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive – EMS & Compliance at Windy Group in Tongi. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, managing environmental management systems, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 2-3 years in EMS management (preferably in textile/manufacturing).

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement Environmental Management Systems (EMS) (ISO 14001 aligned).
• Monitor KPIs (energy, water, waste, emissions) & reduce environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws & conduct internal audits.
• Train employees on EMS policies & sustainability practices.
• Lead projects on energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy.
