
Executive Assistant | Nagad
Nagad Ltd. is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Executive Management team. The incumbent will serve as a key point of coordination for senior leadership, overseeing schedules, organising meetings, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence to maintain a well-structured and productive executive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure
Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator supporting senior management or C-suite executives
Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communication and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
