Position: Executive (Training Department)

Job Description / Responsibility
- To conduct Induction training for newly joined field force of all business units
- To conduct refresher training for existing field force of all business units
- To assist in house training & ensure all logistic support
- To conduct written test, oral test to evaluate individual performance and provide feedback
- To organize & conduct field visit, plant visit for induction trainees
- To maintain relevant documents/records of all training-related activities
- To conduct On-the-job training (OJT) throughout the country
- To assist & conduct the recruitment & selection process of field force
Job Requirements
Education: M. Pharm from any reputed university with excellent academic records, MBA Major in HRM/Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience: Experience in related field will get preference, Freshers are also encourage to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment
