Executive / Sr. Exec – Sales, Akij Ceramics (Tiles) | AKIJBASHIR GROUP

Responsibilities & Context

Akij Ceramics Limited., (ACRL-Tiles), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Executive / Senior Executive for its sales team who will be responsible for executing and overseeing sales operations in territories of AKIJ-AURA brands – Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, execute sales operation in assigned territory, act as a point of contact between customers and Ceramics Tiles business – AKIJ-AURA Brand
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers  
  • Gather customer information to figure out the customer needs  
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations / cost calculations for Tiles products 
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions  
  • Inspect inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display  
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth  
  • Build and retain relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings 
  • Understand client needs, provide information, and offer solutions to address their requirements  
  • Develop insights on Aura-Akij products, including their features, and customization options  
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities  
  • Maintain sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders.  

Requirements

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
