Position: Robi Robi GEM Intern – Flagship Internship Programme (Fall 2025)

Job Description
The GEM Internship Programme is Robi’s flagship talent initiative designed to fast-track the careers of ambitious, high-potential young professionals. Over three immersive months, interns will:

• Work on high-impact projects that matter.
• Gain hands-on experience in their chosen function.
• Be mentored by industry leaders and seasoned professionals.
• Build a strong professional network within one of Bangladesh’s most dynamic workplaces.

Responsibilities
Interns under Robi’s flagship internship programme will be engaged in impactful projects that contribute to the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities will depend on the division and specific project assigned, but will generally include:

• Supporting day-to-day operations of the assigned team or project.
• Assisting in research, analysis, and preparation of reports or presentations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
• Learning and applying Robi’s work processes, tools, and culture.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final term undergraduates (must be available full-time from September 2025).
• Passion for telecommunications, technology, or business innovation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final term) from any university.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Analytical and research abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Creativity and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn quickly.
