Responsibilities & Context

  • Operational (1 year) and Strategic Planning (3 years) covering:
  • Macro Dynamics
  • Category Trends
  • Innovation (extend lifecycle of existing products, and new product deployment)
  • Deliver Top & Bottomline Growth
  • Lead Marketing Division and collaboration with other functions.
  • Internal & external stakeholder management.
  • Any other business assigned by the management.

Requirements

Education: Master’s/MBA in Marketing.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at most 55 years
  • At least 15 years with 7 years in leading Marketing Department of FMCG Company.
  • Excellent knowledge on Market Research, Business and Industry Analysis, Product Planning and Development etc.
