Position: Head of Sales & Marketing (Spinning)
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities (both domestic and international) for yarn sales.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Set sales targets and ensure revenue growth by driving effective marketing campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including garment manufacturers, fabric mills, and trading houses.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure alignment between market demand and product offerings.
- Develop strategies for brand positioning and product differentiation in the market.
- Ensure product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards.
- Lead and manage the marketing & sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business strategies to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications Required: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,Daffodil International University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience: At least 15 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and customer visits, Strong network within the spinning,textile & garment industry.
