Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage payroll, leave, and attendance records.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements: Age 25 to 30 years
