HR Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Updating and maintaining applicant database.
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting initial applicant screenings.
- Engage with different Universities to create awareness about Augmedix as an Employer.
- Develop content and provide output about social media marketing for employer branding.
- Provide all backend support to participate in different career fairs and sessions.
- Attend career fairs & sessions at different universities.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to our campus activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in HR or Marketing
- Expert in Gsuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail Calendar Management)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to travel to different universities and organizations.
- Understanding of Confidentiality.
Details:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Fully Subsidized meals and snacks
