Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in smooth order processing and coordinate commercial activities and work closely with team.
- Assist operational activities in supplier follow-up, fabric development, sample development, costing package preparation.
- Assist in communication of product requirements to all concerned parties.
- Assist team to meet expected requirements.
- Assist team to prepare required reports.
- Complete all required documentation, filing work and system data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Assist to arrange sample dispatch to required recipients eg: Buying, Product Development teams and Suppliers
- Assist to manage production process to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery date requirement.
