About The Role
A Facilities Intern at Augmedix Bangladesh will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative functions and play a pivotal role in observing, analyzing, documenting, and preparing a Facilities manual. This internship offers valuable insight into the world of Facility Management and a chance to contribute to our organization’s efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow and observe the day-to-day activities along with analyzing the processes of the Facilities Department.
  • Document current administrative procedures, workflows, and best practices and collaborate with department members.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of a Facility Manual consisting of all the SOPs related to the services provided by the Facilities department summarize findings and propose practical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to the tasks along with compiling and presenting data-driven reports on observed trends and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Facilities team and Collaborate with team members to understand their needs and challenges.
