Intern – HR | Kazi Farms Group
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: Kazi Farms is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks and projects while gaining hands-on experience in the field. If you are looking to jump-start your career in HR, this is the opportunity for you!
Duration: 3 months.
- Call candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Collect required documents from new hires and support the on-boarding process.
- Maintain and update records of upcoming joiners while tracking their on-boarding status.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and HR events.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team for daily operations.
- Assist in performance and rewards initiatives, including data management and documentation.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Remuneration: BDT 7,000 (Per month).

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from any reputed University.
- University last semester students who already completed all academic courses except internship can also apply (major in HRM).
Additional Requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
