We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intern, IT to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to offer exceptional support to our internal team members across various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, which will empower them to diagnose and troubleshoot a broad spectrum of technical issues related to our specific product or service area, ensuring efficient resolution and support for our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • IT Procurement of hardware, software, and services that align with the fintech sector’s needs.
  • Vendor Management, Price Negotiation, Collaboration and Communication. 
  • Inventory Management and Conduct regular audits.
  • Basic IT support for users.
  • Collaboration with the Finance & Accounts team for vendor bill processing. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using various technical documentation and knowledge base tools
