Intern – People & Culture
The Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture department by ensuring efficient HR operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes, communicating with job candidates, and undertaking additional tasks as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Proper documentation as per the department needs.
- Provide administrative assistance to the People & Culture department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Aid the team in maintaining HR operations efficiently by supporting tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, Collecting ID card information and employee record management.
- Conduct communication with candidates for job interviews, including scheduling and confirming interview appointments.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor for departmental need.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
