The Bangladesh Sustainability Alliance (BSA) under BRAC is inviting applications for an internship opportunity within its Climate and Environmental Innovation Programme (CEIP).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Project Planning and Coordination: Work closely with the BSA team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all engagement activities.
• Design Support: Assist in preparing and designing presentations, reports, website content, and communication materials related to sustainability efforts.
• Content Development: Support the research and design of content for interactive workshops, anchor online sessions and meetings, and contribute to newsletters and proposals.
• Research and Engagement: Research sustainability, waste management trends, and climate action while overseeing effective local stakeholder engagement through ground-level activities.

Eligibility Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or final-year students in Environmental Science, Management, or Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Change, Natural Resources Management, Geography, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken Bangla; excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Core Competencies: Enthusiasm for sustainability, strong storytelling and interpersonal communication skills, awareness of positive climate action, and strong public speaking abilities. Personal qualities include creativity, results orientation, integrity, flexibility, decisiveness, adaptability, teamwork, and self-motivation.
