Junior Sales Officer | Apex Footwear

Position: Junior Sales Officer – Wholesale Business

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and onboard new MBOs and Local Distributors to expand market coverage.
  • Conduct field visits as per the approved tour plan.
  • Explore untapped markets and support new partners during on-boarding.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through regular follow-ups with assigned MBOs and Local Dealers.
  • Promote key products and campaigns to boost sell-through.
  • Collect and process orders via B2B app or manual system.
  • Maintain strong relationships with MBOs and LDs through regular engagement.
  • Provide service support and resolve issues related to product, pricing, or policy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and claim settlement.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, order status, and payments.

Qualifications Required: Higher Secondary

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Experience: At most 1 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements: Age 18 to 30 years, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Expertise: Proactive Attitude, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, The ability to work under pressure
