IWM provides policy support, capacity building, research and innovation, development advisory, and consultancy services. It is a leading organisation in Bangladesh offering world-class services in Water Resources Management, Climate and Environmental Studies, Water Supply, Sewerage and Urban Drainage Management, Coastal, Port and Estuary Management, Flood Management, Irrigation Management, Survey and Data, ICT and GIS, and River Engineering, promoting sustainable water management and Green Climate initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyse data.
  • Collect samples from the field.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative field surveys.
  • Cross-check collected data sheets to ensure data quality.
  • Conduct interviews to gather information from individuals.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Director.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a science background.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in data collection and laboratory testing.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Capability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure.
