Position: Management Trainee
Responsibilities & Context
- Rotate through key departments, including Operations, Logistics, Category Management, Compliance, Finance, and Information Technology
- Support managers with tasks, projects, and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyse sales data, reports, and market trends to recommend improvements for business growth and profitability
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and lectures to strengthen professional and leadership skills
- Visit Agora outlets and markets to gain retail industry knowledge and best practices
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience (preferably in Group of Companies)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
