Management Trainee Officer/Executive Officer

Education

  • MBA/ MBM/ Masters in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, MIS, HRM, International Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Health Economics, Public Administration, English, Law or B. Sc Engineering from any recognized university (UGC Approved) with the following results :
  • SSC and HSC : Minimum GPA-4.50 in scale of GPA 5.00, Graduation & Post Graduation : Minimum GPA-3.00 in scale of GPA 4.00.
  • Only published academic results are acceptable.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Outstanding career development with excellent working environment.
  • The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year with an attractive compensation package. After completion of the probation period; he/she will be absorbed as “Senior Executive Officer/ Executive Officer”.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Holding good command of English is must for all applicants;
  • Must have basic computer and ICT skills, especially in MS Office, e-mail etc;
  • Hard working, self-driven, change oriented and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to take challenges, perform proactively and take ownership.
