Eligibility Criteria

• Post-graduation or four-year graduation in any discipline from a reputed UGC-approved university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 point scale or 1st Class
• Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in MBA, MBM, Economics, Banking & Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics
• CGPA 4.00 on a 5.0 point scale in SSC and HSC or a minimum of 5 ‘B’ grades in O Level and ‘B’ in A Level
• Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must have an equivalent certificate issued by UGC Bangladesh

Compensation & Benefits

• Consolidated monthly remuneration of TK 46,000 during the one-year probation period
• Absorption in the grade of Executive Officer with an initial gross salary of TK 82,000 per month and other admissible benefits

Other Requirements

• Excellent fluency in personal communication and ability to engage effectively
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Age not over 32 years as of 31 October 2025
