Management Trainee Officer | Nymphea

Having successfully completed 25 years, Nymphea is entering the next frontier and searching for a passionate and dedicated Management Trainee Officer to join its esteemed ‘Future Leader Program’ with a view to meeting the requirements of an expanding business horizon. The ideal incumbent should be a self-starter and is expected to carry out assignments of vibrant nature and eventually graduate to lead large and demanding projects. We’re eying for candidates with minute attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and attitude to be team player who can solve complex problems with passion to learn and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, acting as a bridge between parties
  • Manage external and internal publication projects
  • Run social media campaigns, manage posts and blogs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals for a diverse range of projects and run those projects efficiently
  • Attend client brief meetings, efficiently debrief internal teams and suggest conceptual and visual suggestions accordingly.
  • Manage audio-visual (AV) projects for internal and external stakeholders according to brief and budget
  • Develop contents for financial reports & suggest graphical and pictorial presentation of financial data
  • Review, edit and proofread publications and reports to fix bugs and suggest better outlook
  • Take detailed project notes and coordinate with project supervisor and other project staff to optimize results
  • Keep track of all assigned projects and be proactive to expedite all deliverables within deadline.
  • Actively support creative and graphics team to maintain desired standard of creative works as well as adhere to clients’ expectations
  • Maintain all project files and documents and record project progressions
  • Research current market trends and implement knowledge to optimize business opportunities

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Finance, Economics, English or relevant fields from any reputed university with good academic record.
  • Must have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in both English and Bengali.
