Job Responsibilities
- Process orders from international customers, ensuring they are fulfilled on time.
- Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and track global trade trends.
- Liaise with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, trade agreements, and sanctions in both exporting and importing countries.
- Prepare required export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other authorities to ensure smooth processing.
- Manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to manage inventory for export orders.
- Identify potential new markets for the company’s products.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market trends.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- MBA & BBA in Marketing, International Business, Finance or any relevant field.
Additional Requirements: Age 22 to 30 years
