Responsibilities & Context

• Manage procurement of digital, media, OOH, event, and promotional goods.
• Assess user requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Prepare procurement plans and initiate RFQ/RFI processes through the Oracle ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendor and partner teams to shortlist potential suppliers.
• Analyze and evaluate vendor proposals for commercial and technical soundness.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Process purchase orders and monitor timely delivery or service execution.
• Collaborate with contract teams to finalize agreements and resolve disputes.
• Generate weekly procurement status reports and monthly dashboards.
• Support smooth event execution by ensuring alignment between internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience: 1 to 3 years, The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup.
