Position: Medical Officer

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of TB and Leprosy patients at Damien Foundation Hospital
• Supervision and monitoring of TB and Leprosy programme, including frequent field visits
• Provide medical and technical support to clinic teams
• Liaise with local health authorities, prepare reports, and manage complex cases during field visits
• Assist in planning, implementation, management, and reporting of project activities

Qualifications

• MBBS degree and registration with BMDC (MPH preferable)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in patient care or health programme management
• Age not exceeding 45 years

Competencies

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
