Overview
Grameenphone’s Next Business Leader (NBL) programme is an accelerated career pathway designed to develop promising fresh graduates into future leaders. Through 12 months of rotational experiences across various divisions, the programme offers a comprehensive view of Grameenphone’s core operations and growth areas, equipping participants with a broad understanding of the business and enabling them to make informed career decisions. This structured approach fosters a well-rounded perspective, preparing participants for meaningful roles throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Rotational Attachments
- Circle Stint (3 Months): Gain practical experience in revenue functions, technology, customer management, and operational processes.
- Head Office Stint (3 Months): Focus on strategic insights and support functions to understand the broader organisational framework.
Deep Dive and Strategic Projects
- After the initial six months, transition into a specific division for an in-depth exploration of its operations and functions.
- Actively participate in company-wide strategic projects, contributing insights and solutions that align with organisational goals.
Learning and Assessment
- Participate in the CBI assessment to demonstrate understanding of divisional roles and responsibilities.
- Engage with division-specific learning objectives to ensure knowledge retention and practical application.
- Take an open-book quiz to reinforce learning and evaluate grasp of key concepts.
- Collaborate with division leaders to tackle real-world problem statements, culminating in a presentation of solutions to the management team.
Training and Development
- Attend essential skills training sessions to build competencies for future roles.
- Engage with shadow partners to deepen understanding of specific learning objectives and operational practices.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and enhance the collective learning experience.
- Take initiative in seeking feedback and further learning opportunities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, STEM, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of work experience.
- Candidates currently in their final semester and set to complete studies by December 2025 are also encouraged to apply.
