Officer | ACI

ACI Limited is inviting applications for the position of Officer, Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in office infrastructure management, including housekeeping and pantry upkeep
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance, including AMC services
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and documentation
  • Maintain administrative records such as access cards, visitor logs, and asset tracking
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, events, travel, and training programmes
  • Address staff queries related to administration and facilities

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles is preferred
  • Freshers may also apply
