
Officer | ACI
ACI Limited is inviting applications for the position of Officer, Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in office infrastructure management, including housekeeping and pantry upkeep
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance, including AMC services
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and documentation
- Maintain administrative records such as access cards, visitor logs, and asset tracking
- Arrange logistics for meetings, events, travel, and training programmes
- Address staff queries related to administration and facilities
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university
Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Freshers may also apply
