Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security processes and operations as per security guidelines
  • Ensure the safety and security of men, materials, and infrastructure of Aarong CS, Outlets, and other Aarong installations
  • Ensure the immediate solution of any kind of emergencies related to security in any Aarong installations
  • Manage own and third-party security operations focusing on service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor security personnel performance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Maintain regular fire safety and emergency training for the stakeholders
  • Ensure the technical support and maintenance of the security devices and equipment to ensure the security system
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of security personnel and systems for new projects, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any reputed university

Professional Degree / Certification:

  • A professional degree in technical, fire, safety, and security will be preferable

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security management

Additional preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of CCTV Camera, access control, fire alarm systems, Sensormatic gates etc.
  • Experience in security and safety management and fire drilling and training knowledge
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, team building, analytical ability, strategic thinking, stress management, problem-solving and decision-making skills will be preferable
