Priority Relationship Manager | IPDC Finance

Position: Priority Relationship Manager, Deposit

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for generating new deposit/liability business from both retail and corporate customer segments and maintaining sound relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and achieve sales targets of liability/deposit
  • Ensure quality service and control at various touchpoints to ensure extraordinary customer experiences
  • Measure and improve High-net-worth (HNW) customer experiences for customer retention
  • Build affiliation and partnerships with HNW customers, institutions, corporate offices, clubs, chambers, etc., and generate sales of products while promoting marketing initiatives and events
  • Maintain close liaison and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Ensure extraordinary customer experiences throughout their journey at IPDC

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Deposit, liability, wealth management
  • Applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Banks, leasing

  • Target-driven HNW segment relationship
  • Team player
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Bangla
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Skills & Expertise: Deposit mobilisation
