Position: Relationship Officer, Priority Segment

Position Summary
The Relationship Officer will be responsible for growing and maintaining the deposit portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The role involves developing and executing business plans for the priority segment, ensuring excellent client service, and providing customised financial solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to grow and retain deposits.
• Provide financial advice and customised solutions while ensuring excellent client service.
• Achieve business targets and report progress regularly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development roles will be preferred.
• Freshers from reputed universities are also encouraged to apply.
