Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion
- Identifies and onboards new outlets.
- Collaborates with field teams to enhance performance.
Learning & Development
- Acquires practical skills in managing sales and distribution activities.
- Gains understanding of distribution hygiene and operational metrics.
- Builds expertise in customer engagement and market execution.
Compliance & Operations
- Ensures full compliance with regulatory directives.
- Monitors and utilises company resources to support operations.
Marketing Visibility & Digital Distribution
- Supports the execution of trade visibility and marketing campaigns.
- Ensures availability of digital products through partner channels.
- Contributes to the implementation of digital and hybrid distribution models.
Qualifications Required: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
