Senior Executive / Assistant Manager | Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage after-handover services related to civil, electrical, plumbing and other relevant issues.
  • Direct, monitor and schedule daily maintenance services (civil, electrical, plumbing etc.) operation.
  • Develop & find the scope of responsibilities for each establishment/building as per client requirement.
  • Responsible for new client sourcing and service package offering.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback periodically.
  • Supervise property managers and support staff.
  • Service package up-gradation or modification as per client requirement, market trends & business plan.
  • Process service bills, petty cashes, utility bills etc.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, acknowledge issues and work diligently to resolve them as early as possible.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Efficient handling of emergency situation.
  • Communication and good relation with relevant government and private authorities.
  • Promoting sales and branding of new apartment of SHELTECH to potential clients.
  • Responsible for arrangement of periodical trainings for service team.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and professional grooming to generate leads for buying and selling apartments and commercial spaces.

Educational Requirements

  • Post-Graduation / Graduation

Experience Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ experience in relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate/ Building maintenance and its current issues
  • Knowledge on holding tax, VAT & AIT, utility bills & services (Gas, Electricity & water)
  • Knowledge on building systems like LPG reticulation system, fire-fighting system, IRP system, EME (lift, substation, generator), HVAC, BMS etc.
  • Knowledge on basic civil, electrical, plumbing, internet, CCTV, solar system etc.
  • Knowledge on gardening service at building premises.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 28 years preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Must be able to work outdoor and in odd hours
