- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors, managing all business metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies focused on vendor growth and retention.
- Oversee vendor account management, including contract negotiations and revenue maximization opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Expand relationships with existing vendors by offering solutions aligned with their goals.
