  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors, managing all business metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies focused on vendor growth and retention.
  • Oversee vendor account management, including contract negotiations and revenue maximization opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, identify improvement areas, and drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Expand relationships with existing vendors by offering solutions aligned with their goals.
